Plastic bottle made of clear material is a universal packaging suitable for professional and artisanal packaging of various liquid and easily pourable products. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and a functional cap. However, when reusing, it is important to observe basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection of the inner surface, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After thorough drying, the packaging can be safely refilled.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the plastic packaging before further use?

Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution. You can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in an appropriate concentration, such as the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and only then refill it.

How should I properly recycle or dispose of the plastic bottle if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters on the website. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle as much as possible, or rinse out any residue. Then place it in the appropriate container according to the material labelling (for example, packaging intended for plastic). The cap and any other parts may be made of a different material, so follow the labelling on the packaging and the recommendations in the parameter table of the specific product.

Is this plastic packaging suitable for exposure to higher temperatures or for washing in a dishwasher?

The plastic material of the bottle is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. Contact with hot water, boiling or washing in a dishwasher may cause deformation, reduced mechanical stability and impaired sealing of the cap. For these reasons, we do not recommend boiling the packaging or washing it in a dishwasher. For normal maintenance, hand cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution is sufficient.

What should I keep in mind when filling liquid or oily products into this bottle?

Before filling, we recommend checking the cleanliness and dryness of the inner surface and the functionality of the selected cap or dispenser. For liquid and oily formulations, it is important to take into account the viscosity of the product and adapt the type of cap to it (for example, disc-top, dropper or pump). After filling, close the packaging tightly and carry out a trial dosing to check sealing, even flow and behaviour of the product under normal use and storage.
