Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. In this way you will avoid microbial contamination and any effect on the stability of your formulation.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before a new filling?

First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and lukewarm water to remove residues of the original product. Then apply disinfection – alcohol-based solutions are recommended, as they leave a minimum of residues, for example IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature so that the new filling is not diluted.

For which type of products is this dosing packaging most suitable?
