Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ target="_blank") or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/ target="_blank"). After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature before refilling it.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before further use?

First rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution (for example a neutral soapy solution) and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Before handing it over for sorted collection, empty the contents, wipe off any product residues and rinse the packaging basically. Then dispose of it in the appropriate container intended for the given type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules.
