The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical solution for packaging cosmetic and household liquids where a fine, even misting of the contents is required. Thanks to the transparent body you always have visual control over the contents and their quantity, which makes both dosing and monitoring consumption easier.

For plastic packaging made of PET material we recommend paying attention to proper handling: PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, at which there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. Such bottles are not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, use gentle hand washing and subsequent disinfection according to the recommendations in the FAQ section.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling, always in compliance with basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready for further use. At the same time it is necessary to ensure that the container does not overheat, since PET-type plastic is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, boiling or washing in a dishwasher.

How should the spray bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before the next filling?

First we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the spray head with warm (not boiling) water and, if necessary, using a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent. Then rinse the container again with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, carry out disinfection – for example by rinsing the inner space and spraying through the mechanism using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Do not expose the bottle to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher in order to avoid deformation of the PET plastic.

The spray bottle is ideal for all products for which you require fine misting and even application over a larger area. Typically these include facial and body toners, moisturising sprays, hair mist products, air fresheners, textile and home fragrances or light cleaning solutions based on water or alcohol. However, it is always necessary to verify the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging material used and with the spray mechanism.

How should I proceed with recycling if I decide not to use the container any longer?

If you no longer wish to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material information given in the product parameters. The plastic body made of PET material is normally placed in the container for plastic waste after it has been emptied and at least rinsed from product residues. The spray head, which may be composed of several types of plastic and metal components, should be separated in accordance with current local waste sorting rules. When handling used packaging, always follow the recommendations of your local recycling centre or waste management system so that recycling is as effective as possible.
