This plastic bottle with a disc top cap is a ready-made complete set for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products dispensed with one hand: shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions or massage oils. The opaque black wall protects the contents from light. The bottle is lightweight and shatter-resistant, which you will appreciate especially with products intended for the bathroom or for travel.

The 200 ml volume corresponds to the common package size of shower and hair cosmetics. The rose-gold matte cap with a white centre forms a striking contrast with the glossy black bottle, which stands out even with a simple label.

How the set works

• Dispensing by pressing – when you press on the edge of the disc, a spout with an opening flips up on the opposite side. The contents are dispensed by squeezing the bottle, and pressing again closes the cap.
• Flexible wall – the bottle can be squeezed and returns to its original shape once released, so even thicker gels and emulsions dispense comfortably from it.
• Closed opening – the cap is not unscrewed during use, so less water and dirt gets into the contents than with a bottle with a screw cap.

What products it is suited to

The set is suitable mainly for rinse-off products of medium viscosity: shower gels, shampoos, liquid soaps, conditioners and bath foams. Among leave-on products, body lotions, lighter emulsions, massage and body oils dispense well from it.

It is less suitable for very thin liquids such as toners or hydrolats. They flow out of the opening too quickly and are better dispensed with a spray. Thick creams and butters that do not flow are hard to squeeze out of the bottle and belong rather in a jar.

Nominal and total volume

The nominal volume is the volume the bottle is intended for under normal filling. The total volume to the brim is the physical volume all the way to the neck and is somewhat larger. The difference forms a reserve for the cap and for the expansion of the contents when the temperature changes. The bottle is therefore filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim. If overfilled, the contents may leak through the thread after the cap is screwed on and spoil the label.

What is good to know

Before the first filling, wash the bottle and cap, disinfect them with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and let them dry thoroughly. Water residues in the packaging needlessly burden the product's preservation system.

The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetic products. The bottle separately has certification for food contact; the set as a whole is intended for cosmetics. You will find the declaration of conformity with the product.
