Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate PGPR, 100 ml

Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate PGPR (PEG free) is an emulsifier, a surfactant that is made from glycerol and ricinoleic acid.

It is exceptional precisely because it makes it possible to bind together substances in your product that under standard conditions would be incompatible (oil and water), thereby also contributing to better spreadability of the product. It is soluble in fats and oils and insoluble in water and ethanol.

It is very excellent for all concepts based on water and oil where it is necessary to create a protective film on the skin, such as in suncare preparations.

It is an excellent choice for facial products because it:
- softens the skin
- improves the viscosity of the skin
- has soothing effects
- keeps the skin healthy – provides natural protection, does not disrupt the skin film, does not clog pores
- has moisturizing effects
- does not irritate and does not exhibit allergic reactions

Application:
2-3%  -  facial toners
3-5%  -  creams
5%     -  suncare products
10%   -  oil baths
