Recycled Plastic Bottle, White Fine Mist Spray, 250 ml

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you observe basic hygiene principles and always use it for a suitable type of fill. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for technical disinfection. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based (ALK002), which you can find on the pages IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After thorough rinsing and drying, the bottle is ready for use again.

Before first use and when changing the type of fill, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with clean water and, if necessary, with a mild suitable cleaning agent. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surface – it is practical to rinse the container and spray through the spray pump using alcohol-based preparations, such as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the bottle.

Recycled PET material offers good clarity and strength, but it is not suitable to expose it to high temperatures. When in contact with hot water or when left in a strongly overheated environment (for example in direct sunlight behind a car window), deformation of the packaging may occur. For this reason, we do not recommend washing the bottle in a dishwasher or boiling it. For cleaning, use lukewarm water and suitable cleaning agents and, if necessary, disinfect it with an alcohol solution according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend as a priority to recycle it. According to the material information given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website, you will place the bottle in the appropriate separated waste stream – plastic bottles made of PET usually belong in the container intended for plastics. Before throwing it in, it is advisable to empty the packaging, if necessary rinse out product residues and separate the spray pump if it is made from a combination of several materials. In this way, you will facilitate subsequent sorting and processing in the recycling process.
