Cosmetic wooden spatula, curved is a practical tool for safe and hygienic scooping of creams, masks, balms and other semi-solid or loose products from jars and pots. It enables clean and precise application without direct contact of the fingers with the contents, thereby helping to protect the formulation from contamination and extending its usability. Thanks to the natural wooden material, the spatula looks aesthetic, professional and is also suitable for artisanal, natural and spa product concepts.
The wooden spatula is a universal accessory to cosmetic jars, pots and containers of various sizes and materials. You can easily add it to the finished packaging with a lid as a practical accessory for hygienic scooping of the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the wooden cosmetic spatula is also suitable for professional salons, spas and cosmetic workplaces. It allows hygienic scooping of creams, masks and balms from jars without direct contact of the fingers with the contents, which is important especially when clients change frequently. Thanks to its curved shape it is pleasant to use and is also suitable for sensitive skin areas.
The spatula can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, but it is recommended to decide in advance whether it will serve a specific user or client. Before each repeated use it is necessary to clean the spatula thoroughly and, depending on the nature of your processes, also disinfect it, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In professional services the concept of single-use spatulas for each client is often used.
For home use, always wipe the spatula after contact with the product and the skin with a clean paper towel and let it air-dry in a clean place. If you want to use it long-term, regular cleaning and occasional disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, is recommended. It is important that the spatula dries completely between uses and is not stored in a humid environment.
The best way to choose suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging categories. This allows you to quickly find bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, jars or pots that will suit the properties of your product and the desired design.
If you decide not to use the spatula further, it is primarily recommended to replace it by repeated use while observing hygiene principles. If this is not suitable, you can, given the wooden character of the material, place it in normal municipal waste, or sort it according to the rules of your local waste infrastructure. Always take into account what type of product it has been in contact with – if it has been preparations with specific components, follow the recommendations given for the respective product and the local guidelines for waste handling.
