The plastic bottle with flip-top cap represents a practical and reliable packaging solution for various liquid and gel formulations, where easy handling and clean dosing without unscrewing the cap are important. Thanks to its robust construction, durable material and practical closure, it is suitable for packaging products that require hygienic, controlled and repeatable dosing during everyday use.
The packaging is designed to protect the contents during normal storage and transport, to minimise the risk of leakage and to enable convenient use in the bathroom, handbag or travel cosmetic bag. The flip-top cap also reduces the risk of contamination of the contents through direct contact with the hands and makes the application of thicker or more viscous preparations easier.
This bottle is supplied together with a flip-top cap which ensures convenient and controlled dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging and closure will fully work together with your specific product.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, any residues of the previous product must be removed and it must then be disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the bottle ready for refilling.
For cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent without abrasive components. Avoid aggressive solvents that are not intended for contact with this type of plastic and do not use rough brushes that could mechanically scratch the surface. After washing, allow the bottle and cap to dry thoroughly, ideally by airing at room temperature. By regularly checking the sealing and the cleanliness of the area around the dispensing opening, you will ensure long-term, trouble-free use.
Before recycling, always check the material indicated in the product parameters on the website and follow it when sorting waste. It is advisable first to rinse the packaging as thoroughly as possible to remove product residues so as not to soil the other recyclable material. Then place the bottle and cap in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic. If you are not sure about the local rules, we recommend checking the guidelines of your waste management service so that recycling is as effective as possible.
Yes, the compact format and flip-top cap make this bottle a practical choice for travelling and everyday carrying in a handbag or backpack. Before filling, we recommend choosing a consistency that is suitable for dosing through the opening of the flip-top cap and always closing the bottle carefully after filling. When travelling by plane, it is advisable to place the bottle in a resealable bag, in accordance with common rules for liquids in carry-on baggage.
