Amber Plastic Bottle, Black Spray, Matte Silver Collar, Smoky Overcap, 300 ml

The amber plastic bottle with a volume of 300 ml and a black mini trigger sprayer with a silver matte collar is a ready-to-use packaging solution for toners, hydrosols, hair and refreshing sprays, or household liquids that are applied by spraying. The bottle is made of PET, is lightweight and does not break if dropped. The amber colour reduces the light that reaches the contents, so it is suitable for infusions and water-based preparations where protection from light matters.

The sprayer with a 24/410 neck finish is made of PP and aluminium. The black head with a silver matte collar gives the bottle a uniform look that holds up even in small production runs intended for sale.

What the set is suitable for

• Facial toners and hydrosols – the sprayer disperses thin water-based liquids into a fine mist, which is applied directly to the skin or to a cotton pad.
• Hair sprays – leave-in water-based sprays for detangling, refreshing curls or silicone-free setting are easy to apply to the lengths of the hair from the 300 ml bottle.
• Body and refreshing sprays – water-based sprays with solubilised fragrances. With a higher proportion of alcohol or essential oils, check in advance how PET behaves with your specific formulation.
• Household sprays – both components are also of technical grade, so the set can be used for misting plants, room fresheners or thin cleaning solutions that are not aggressive chemicals.

Filling and dispensing

The nominal volume of the bottle is 300 ml, and this is the volume it is intended to be filled to in normal use. The brimful capacity is larger and indicates the physical volume up to the neck. The difference between the two values is a reserve for the sprayer’s dip tube and for the expansion of the contents when the temperature changes.

The mini trigger sprayer dispenses approximately 0.12 ml per press. After filling and screwing on the sprayer, press the head several times until the dip tube fills and the mist comes out evenly. It works best with liquids that have a viscosity close to water. Thicker emulsions, gels or oils may come out as a jet instead of a mist or block the nozzle, so test a small amount in the set first.

Good to know

The sprayer has a declaration of suitability for contact with cosmetic products. No such declaration is available for the bottle, and the set as a whole is not intended for food.

Before the first filling, wash the bottle and the sprayer, disinfect them with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and leave them to dry completely. When reusing, spray clean water through the sprayer so that no residues of the previous contents remain in the dip tube and nozzle, and leave the head to dry separately from the bottle.
