FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, you can use the bottle repeatedly if you follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After washing and disinfection, allow the bottle and cap to dry completely and only then fill it again.

How should I safely clean and maintain a plastic packaging made of PET material?

For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is appropriate to clean it manually with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, and rinse thoroughly. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore there is a risk of deformation of the packaging when in contact with hot water or during long-term exposure to heat. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based product and allowing it to dry naturally.

How should I correctly dispose of or recycle this bottle if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend as a first step to empty it completely and remove any product residues. Then proceed according to the recycling rules given for the product in the parameter table, where you will find information on the type of material and the recommended sorting. In general, the plastic body of the bottle belongs in the container intended for sorted plastic and the metal closure in metal collection, if such collection is available in your area. By following these recommendations, you support responsible handling of packaging material.
