Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, dispenser and cap and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after all parts are completely dry is the bottle ready to be refilled.

How should I safely clean and disinfect this packaging before refilling it?

First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent intended for washing dishes. Then rinse the individual parts thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain in the container. After washing, it is advisable to disinfect all components with alcohol – for example, products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný are practical. After disinfection, allow the bottle, pump and cap to dry completely at room temperature.

How should I correctly dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website.
