Transparent plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and universal type of packaging intended mainly for liquid cosmetic products that require convenient and controlled dispensing. Thanks to the transparent body, you always have an overview of the amount of product inside, which makes both storage and refilling easier.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences while allowing hygienic application during everyday use. The dispensing pump ensures even and economical application of the product without the need to open the entire bottle, which minimizes the contact of the contents with air and impurities.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a functional dispenser that is directly adapted to the given packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging functions reliably also with your specific product.

The packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and without visible damage, but it is always necessary to observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the dispenser. For disinfection it is suitable to use for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After complete drying, the packaging can be refilled with the selected product.
First completely use up or remove the rest of the original contents and rinse the bottle with suitable clean water or a compatible cleaning solution. Then fill the container with a small amount of disinfectant, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and press the dispenser several times so that the disinfectant enters the entire mechanism. Afterwards, let the packaging and the pump dry freely at room temperature until all moisture residues have disappeared, and only then refill the bottle.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher or boiling, there is a risk of deformation of the bottle and the dispensing mechanism, which can negatively affect the sealing and functionality of the pump. We therefore recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent and, for disinfection, using alcohol-based preparations according to the recommendations, without heat treatment.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging of any product residues and rinsing it at least basically, in order to minimize contamination of sorted waste. It is then advisable to separate the container itself from the dispenser, if possible. Place the bottle in the container intended for the given type of plastic material according to the marking in the product parameters and local waste sorting rules. The dispenser, which often contains a combination of several materials, usually belongs in mixed waste, unless otherwise specified in your municipality.
