30 ml glass bottle with black-gold dropper represents an elegant and professional packaging for precise dosing of cosmetic and other liquid formulations. Thanks to the dropper, it enables controlled and hygienic withdrawal of the contents, which is ideal for products where dosing accuracy and minimisation of contact with air or skin are important.
This type of glass dropper bottle is popular for filling serums, concentrates and oil blends, where a representative presentation of the product and at the same time reliable protection of the contents are required. The smooth surface of the bottle is suitable for labelling, which makes marking and personalisation easier for small artisan brands as well as larger production runs.
This product is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and dropper closure, creating a functional and immediately usable packaging set. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oils, solvents or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying both the bottle and the dropper. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, in order to minimise microbiological load before filling with the final product. When handling, use clean tools and work in the cleanest environment possible to maintain the stability and safety of your formulation.
Yes, the glass bottle and the dropper can be reused provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be carefully emptied, mechanically cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99 % or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use products available on Handymade, for example IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the components to dry completely. We do not recommend repeated use if the packaging is visibly damaged or contaminated in a way that cannot be safely removed.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be sorted into glass collection containers, while the dropper (a combination of plastic, rubber and possibly metal) should be disassembled into the smallest possible parts and sorted according to local waste management rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues, in order to facilitate further processing. Always follow the recycling symbols and the recommendations given for the product on the Handymade website.
Dropper closures are generally suitable for low to medium viscosity liquids, such as common oils, serums or watery solutions. For very thick oils or viscous concentrates, the flow through the dropper may be slower. We therefore recommend performing your own dosing test with your specific formulation and checking whether the dropper provides the desired application comfort. If necessary, other types of closures or applicators available within the Handymade range can be considered.
On the Handymade website, you can use the advanced filter when choosing, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example bottles, dropper bottles or jars). In the advanced filter, packaging can be clearly filtered according to several parameters – type and size of the neck, overall size/volume, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly choose packaging that will best suit your formulation, brand design and method of dosing.
