FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can this glass bottle with sprayer be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your formulations.

How should I clean the sprayer correctly so that it remains functional even with long‑term use?

The sprayer should be regularly rinsed with clean water or a suitable diluted cleaning solution, depending on the type of formulation used. When changing the contents, we recommend first emptying the bottle, disassembling the mechanism to the extent allowed by its design, rinsing it and only then disinfecting it. After rinsing, allow all parts to dry completely so that the new fill is not diluted and the nozzle is not clogged by residues of the cleaning agent.

For which type of products is this packaging most suitable in terms of dosing?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type specified in the product parameters. After thorough emptying and rinsing, the glass part should be placed in the container intended for glass. The plastic sprayer (and any additional plastic components) is normally sorted into plastic waste, unless local sorting rules state otherwise. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging to simplify processing in the recycling process.
