The transparent plastic bottle with dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for hygienic and aesthetic packaging of liquid cosmetic preparations as well as other formulations intended for dispensing. Thanks to the transparent material, it allows good visual control of the contents and the product level, which makes use easier and enables a more accurate estimation of consumption.

This type of practical pump bottle is popular for products where controlled and clean dispensing without contact of the remaining contents with air or contamination from the surroundings is important. The packaging is designed to support the stability of common cosmetic formulations under proper storage conditions and with a suitable product formulation.

Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling, but always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature. For plastic packaging made of PET material, avoid high temperatures, boiling and dishwashers, so that the bottle is not deformed.

Can I use the bottle with dispenser for different types of cosmetics?

The bottle is suitable for a wide range of liquid and gel cosmetic products, such as facial and body products, hair tonics or lighter oil blends. When changing the product type, however, we recommend thorough cleaning and disinfection of the packaging to avoid residual mixing of the original and the new formulation. From the point of view of the functionality of the pump, it is important to take into account the product viscosity – emulsions that are too thick may not be suitable for all types of dispensing mechanisms.

Is this type of plastic bottle resistant to higher temperatures and hot water?

Plastic packaging made of PET material is not intended for exposure to high temperatures or contact with hot water. When exposed to heat, the walls of the packaging may soften or deform and the functionality of the dispenser may deteriorate. Therefore, do not wash the bottle in the dishwasher, do not boil it and do not heat it in the microwave oven. For cleaning, use lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and then disinfect with the recommended alcohol solution.

How should I recycle the packaging correctly if I no longer want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining contents. Then follow the information on the material given in the product parameters and the local waste sorting rules. Plastic packaging that meets local requirements is usually placed in the container intended for plastic. In some systems it is advisable to separate the bottle body and the dispenser if they are made of different types of plastic.
