FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle suitable for repeated use?

The bottle can be used repeatedly as long as you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the container and the sprayer and disinfect them, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After rinsing, let all parts of the packaging dry completely to minimize the risk of microbial growth and dilution of the formulation by residual water.

How should I clean this bottle so that it is not damaged?

For routine cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent and then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water. For disinfection, it is suitable to use alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Do not expose the bottle or the sprayer to high temperatures, do not boil them and do not wash them in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation or reduced tightness of the system.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before dropping it into sorted collection, empty the packaging as much as possible and rinse out any product residues. Then dispose of it in the container designated for that type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. Separating the bottle body and the sprayer (if possible) will improve the quality of the recycling process and contribute to more efficient processing of the material.

For which types of products is the fine sprayer most suitable?

The fine sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity liquids such as floral waters, toners, water- or alcohol-based solutions, light emulsions and room sprays. It is not suitable for thick creams, gels or mixtures with a high proportion of undissolved particles that could clog the nozzle. For formulations with essential oils, we recommend testing long-term compatibility, fragrance stability and functionality of the sprayer under repeated use.
