Square straight glass pharmaceutical bottle with glossy black-gold dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for products where precise dosing, elegant appearance and reliable protection of the contents are important. It is particularly suitable for filling liquid preparations where control of the amount during application and comfort for the end user are essential. High-quality glass combined with a functional dispensing mechanism helps maintain the stability of formulations and reduces the risk of contamination during repeated use of the packaging.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol or active ingredient content). In this way you verify the optimal functionality of the dispenser and the long-term stability of your final product.

The glass container provides very good chemical stability and is generally suitable for most cosmetic formulations, including oils or preparations with a higher proportion of active ingredients. However, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – fill a smaller amount of the product, observe the behaviour of the packaging and dispenser during normal use and verify the long-term stability of the formulation.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, however, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures safer repeated use of the packaging.
First mechanically remove any residues of the original product, then rinse the packaging thoroughly with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. We recommend rinsing the glass part well with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, disinfection follows, for which you can use for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. Clean the dispenser carefully so that the mechanism is not damaged and always let all parts dry completely before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass container after removing any product residues. The dispenser, which consists of a combination of plastic and metal components, generally belongs in mixed municipal waste unless otherwise specified in the parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, always follow the local waste-sorting rules and the information in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade.sk website.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, pharmaceutical bottles or jars), you will find the filter at the top of the page. In it you can tailor your selection according to several parameters – specifically according to the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material. In this way you quickly narrow the offer down to packaging that best suits your formulation and intended method of use.
