The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and reliable packaging intended for hygienic and precise dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the suitably chosen material and the integrated dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for modern cosmetic formulations as well as for artisanal production in smaller batches, where cleanliness of application and comfort during use are important.
The packaging is designed to facilitate filling of liquid products, creamy and gel emulsions, with the dispenser helping to maintain a consistent amount with each press. The practical shape of the bottle and the functional pump closure support the professional presentation of the finished product and enable its comfortable use by end customers even in everyday routines.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging system exactly meets your product’s needs under real usage conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new fill.
Before further filling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and the dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing them to dry. It is then important to disinfect the packaging and the dispensing part, for example using alcohol based on isopropanol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %, available in the Handymade range. Allow the disinfectant solution to act for an appropriate time and let the excess evaporate so that the packaging is ready for new filling.
On the Handymade website, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. Thanks to the filter, it is possible to clearly sort packaging by neck type, size, colour and material, so you can quickly choose a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar for a specific product. We recommend first considering the nature of the fill (liquid, gel, cream) and the method of application, and then adjusting the filters according to the required parameters.
Yes, this type of packaging is very suitable for smaller test batches as well as samples for clients or internal formula trials. The volume of the bottle and the use of a dispenser make it possible to practically test texture, dosing, spreading on the skin and overall user comfort. When testing new formulations, we always recommend monitoring the longer-term compatibility of the blend with the packaging material, for example by means of accelerated stability tests and monitoring any changes in colour, odour or viscosity.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing any residues of the original contents. It is then advisable to follow the recycling recommendations listed in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website, where you will find information about the type of material and the recommended sorting. According to the material marking, you will place the packaging in the appropriate recycling container (for example plastic), and it is important not to remove technical markings and recycling symbols so that the raw materials can be processed efficiently.
