The soap base ZENISOAPBASE is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the final soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to its high glycerin content, also provides excellent moisturization of the skin. It remains liquid for a relatively long time, so it can be used even for more complex projects. During longer standing there is no loss of volume of the soap casts (important especially when creating bouquets). The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan.

When coloring the base with ZENICOLOR colorants, it is better to mix 70% of the transparent base CLEAR and 30% of the white base WHITE in order to avoid excessive consumption of colorants.

Melting temperature: 65 °C
Do not exceed a temperature of 75 °C when heating!

Working with the soap base is not demanding at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which speeds up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colorant and, for a special touch, dried herbs to the melted base.

Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles are not created, which would form holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays of a bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol – using an atomizer. The final step is to allow it to solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base rest for about 2 weeks for better properties.
