The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a plant-based base and the resulting soap has excellent foam formation and, thanks to the high content of glycerin, it also moisturizes the skin very well. It remains liquid for a relatively long time, so it can be used even for more complex projects. During longer standing there is no loss of volume of the soap castings (important especially when creating bouquets). The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan.

When coloring the base with ZENICOLOR colorants, we recommend mixing 70% of the transparent CLEAR base and 30% of the white WHITE base in order to avoid excessive consumption of colorants.

Melting temperature: 65 °C
Do not exceed a temperature of 75 °C when heating!

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which speeds up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in the microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of an essential or fragrance oil, a liquid or powder colorant and, for variety, dried herbs to the melted base.

Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles are not formed, which would create holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays from a sprayer of a bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol. The final step is to let it solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base stand for about 2 weeks for better properties.
