Tucuma butter is cold-pressed and comes from the Amazon rainforests in Brazil. It is produced from the seeds of the fruits originating from the Tucuma tree. It comes from the same family as Murumuru butter and they also have similar properties.

A high content of lauric, myristic and oleic fatty acid guarantees a very pleasant skin feel after application, while carotenoids provide antioxidant activity and protection. It is an excellent emollient and gives the skin softness without clogging pores. It is ideal for dry, sensitive and problematic skin and for dry and damaged hair.

Most often you will find it in hair masks, facial and body creams and balms, lip balms, etc.
