The plastic bottle is a practical and versatile packaging suitable for filling various liquid and semi-liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as in home crafting. Thanks to the high-quality material, it provides a stable base for formulations that require clean, reliable and functional packaging. The glossy finish gives the product a professional appearance and is also suitable for presenting final commercial products.
This packaging is designed to facilitate dosing, storage and handling of the contents, while helping to protect formulations from external influences during normal use. Thanks to its compatibility with different types of closures and dispensers, the bottle can be adapted to the specific type of product and the desired mode of application.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed and it does not show signs of damage or wear. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. After cleaning, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then fill it again. With repeated use, we also recommend monitoring the condition of the closure, sealing and dosing components.
First rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent that is compatible with the previous filling. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of cleaning agents remain in it. After mechanical cleaning, it is important to disinfect the packaging – for this step you can use, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol. After disinfection, let the bottle dry freely upside down on a clean, non-absorbent surface and only after it is completely dry close or fill it again.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it, after it has been emptied, into the appropriate separated waste according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before discarding, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues and to remove any labels if local recycling rules allow this. By following local recycling guidelines, you contribute to the efficient processing of plastic packaging and the reduction of environmental burden.
The bottle is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic preparations, such as facial and body toners, hair lotions, serums, treatment cures and various special solutions. You will also use it for packaging aromatherapy blends, hydrolats, diluted oil-based preparations or home-made auxiliary solutions intended for surface use. The choice of a specific closure (classic screw cap, dropper, spray head or another dispenser) enables you to adapt the bottle precisely to the type of product you plan to fill.
