Glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution for precise dosing of cosmetic and technical preparations. It is particularly suitable for liquid formulas where dose control, clean application and protection of the contents from external influences during storage and use are important.
This type of bottle is popular in the production of facial serums, intensive active ingredients and concentrated extracts. Glass is a stable and well-tolerated material that minimizes interaction with the contents and helps preserve the quality of the formulation throughout the entire period of use. The integrated dropper makes precise drop-by-drop dosing easier and contributes to economical product usage.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before the first filling, we recommend visually checking the bottle, rinsing it according to the requirements of your production, and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol. For disinfection of the inner and outer surface you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – you can find them for example as IPA 99 % in the product IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l or plant-based ethanol in the product Ethanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny 1 l. After treatment, allow the packaging to air out thoroughly and only then fill it with the final product.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny 1 l. Make sure that no residues of the original filling or cleaning agents remain inside or on the surface, as these could affect the stability or fragrance of the new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass; it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and separate the plastic or rubber parts of the dropper, which belong in the appropriate sorted waste according to local rules. Recycling instructions may differ slightly depending on the town or municipality, so also follow the local waste collection system.
The glass pharmaceutical bottle with dropper is ideal for concentrated and high-value formulations where precise dosing is required – for example facial serums, active ampoule treatments, oil blends with essential oils, plant macerates, intensive treatment oils for the skin or hair care. In practice it is also used for trial batches and laboratory samples where cleanliness and dose reproducibility are important.
