FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

The container can be reused if hygiene principles are observed and as long as it does not show signs of damage or wear. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. After cleaning, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it. When reusing, we also recommend monitoring the condition of the closure, sealing and dosing components.

How should the plastic container be properly cleaned before the next filling?

First rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a gentle detergent that is compatible with the previous fill. Then rinse the container thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of cleaning agents remain. After mechanical cleaning, it is important to disinfect the packaging – for this step you can use, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol.
