White bottle for cleaning agents with white spray trigger is a practical packaging intended for filling and applying various liquid preparations for household use, craft production as well as smaller professional production. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic bottle and a functional spray trigger, it is suitable for even application of liquids in the form of a fine mist or direct spray, which facilitates economical consumption of the product and comfort during use.
The spray trigger allows precise dosing without contact with the contents, which contributes to higher work hygiene as well as to the protection of more sensitive formulations. The closable head of the spray trigger at the same time reduces the risk of unwanted leakage of the contents during storage or transport. Thanks to the stable packaging material, this container can be used for a wide range of liquid cleaning and auxiliary preparations intended for surface application.
This bottle with spray trigger represents a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing system, in which the spray mechanism is optimised for the given type of container. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your particular product will work in the packaging in the long term and without problems.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of filling, however we recommend following strict hygiene principles. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and rinse the container and the spray trigger and then disinfect them, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection of the packaging you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for a new safe filling.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle and the head of the spray trigger several times with clean water to remove residues of the original preparation. It is then appropriate to use a disinfectant solution based on alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Let the disinfectant act for a short time, then rinse if necessary and let all parts dry completely. A container prepared in this way is suitable for repeated filling, provided that the new contents are materially compatible with PET plastic.
This bottle made of PET plastic is not intended for filling with hot or freshly boiled solutions nor for thermal sterilisation processes. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because at such temperatures there is a risk of softening and deformation of the packaging. For this reason, washing in a dishwasher, boiling and long-term storage near sources of heat are not recommended. It is best to fill the bottle at room temperature or slightly below and to clean it with gentle agents without the use of hot water.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend removing product residues before disposal and, if possible, rinsing it. It is then appropriate to separate the plastic bottle and the spray trigger so that sorting is as accurate as possible. The PET bottle is usually placed in a container intended for plastic waste, but follow the recycling mark given in the product parameters and the waste sorting rules in your region. By correctly placing the packaging in separate collection, you support its reprocessing in the recycling chain.
To select a suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter, which is located in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour and material. Thanks to this you can quickly find bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that will best match your product and the planned dosing method.
