Chamomile floral water has soothing and anti-inflammatory effects. This liquid produced by steam distillation is suitable for children directly on the skin or in the bath. It is also very useful as an active ingredient for making homemade wet wipes for toddlers, because it is gentle on hands, face and sore bottoms. It is ideal for dry, irritated and delicate skin.

Thanks to its soothing properties for the skin, this chamomile hydrolate is also suitable for aftershave products, hair care cosmetics or facial care aimed at reducing redness. It combines excellently with rose hydrolate.

Floral or flower water is an aromatic water that arises as a by-product in the production of essential oils. It is a very high-quality, pure natural product. Since it is formed during the distillation of essential oils, it contains all valuable plant essences, but in a much milder form. It usually contains less than 1 % essential oil, therefore it is possible to use them directly on the skin. They are also suitable for pregnant women and newborns (it depends on the specific herb). Floral waters support the natural pH of the skin, they soothe and refresh the skin, they have healing effects on inflamed and damaged skin.

They can be used on their own or in combination with other ingredients as a facial and body tonic, in the production of creams, body milks and clay masks. Reach for it with pleasure when you need a make-up remover, cleansing water, mouthwash or a soothing compress for tired eyes, a base for aromatic body sprays and perfumes, an additive to shampoos, shower gels, fizzy bath bombs for perfuming rooms. Certain scents act antiseptically.
