Ginger CO₂-to extract BIO is a concentrated natural extract from the dried root of Zingiber officinale obtained from organic farming. It is obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, which preserves the full spectrum of ginger's bioactive compounds without residual solvents. It contains approximately 30-50 % essential oil (high in zingiberene, ar-curcumene, citral and other monoterpenes) and 24-35 % of pungent constituents - mainly gingerols and shogaols. The result is a brown, clear oil with an intense spicy aroma. Extraction type: Supercritical carbon dioxide (CO₂) extractionCO₂-to - total extract (total extract containing volatiles, waxes and resins)D/E ratio: 17-22 kg of dried ginger per 1 kg of extract
