Glass bottle – medicine bottle with aluminium screw cap represents a professional packaging suitable for filling precisely dosed liquid preparations as well as delicate blends. The combination of high-quality glass and a sealing metal closure helps protect the contents from external influences and supports the long-term stability of formulations.
This type of packaging is popular in the production of cosmetics, natural extracts or concentrated solutions, where hygienic handling, repeatable closing and limited contact of the contents with air are important. The smooth surface of the bottle facilitates labelling and professional product identification.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), depending on the selected parameters. Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging from residues of the original contents and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for further safe use.
First remove residues of the original product by rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. We then recommend rinsing the bottle with disinfecting alcohol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the cap to dry completely at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate in it before the next filling.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, to recycle it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle should normally be placed in the container intended for glass according to the local waste sorting rules. The metal cap should be separated individually according to the local system for collecting metal packaging. Before handing it over to sorted collection, it is advisable to remove labels and product residues to facilitate the recycling process.
