Brown glass bottle 250 ml with aluminium cap represents a professional packaging solution suitable for natural cosmetics manufacturers, artisan brands and smaller laboratories. The brown glass helps protect sensitive ingredients from the effects of light, which makes the packaging suitable for filling formulations that may degrade during long-term exposure to UV radiation. The bottle is designed to reliably protect liquid and slightly viscous products while also looking aesthetically pleasing both on a shelf and in a retail display. The combination of high-quality glass and a practical aluminium cap ensures convenient closing and stable storage of finished products.
Brown glass helps reduce the intensity of light reaching the contents, which makes the bottle suitable for products where you do not want to expose the formulation to light unnecessarily (for example oil blends, herbal extracts or products with natural antioxidants). For a specific type of formulation, however, we always recommend testing stability during storage under real conditions.
The bottle is suitable for repeated use provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After cleaning, allow the bottle and the cap to dry sufficiently so that no residual moisture remains in the packaging.
First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then use an appropriate disinfectant, such as isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, for example from the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let the bottle and the cap dry at room temperature upside down on a clean surface so that the packaging is completely dry before filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend placing it in separated collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle standardly belongs in the container intended for glass, and the aluminium cap should be separated according to local rules for the collection of metal packaging. Before discarding, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues so that contaminants do not burden the recycling process.

For thicker emulsions or gels, we recommend taking into account the selected type of closure or dispenser so that dosing is comfortable and precise for the end user. It is always advisable to test filling and use on a small pilot batch to verify the compatibility of the formulation with the specific packaging.
