The glass bottle, black glossy, cream dispenser is a practical set for hygienic packaging and convenient dispensing of products with a creamy to emulsion consistency. The glass is materially stable and suitable for formulations where the neutrality of the packaging and the preservation of the formulation's properties during storage are important. Thanks to the opaque black glass, the packaging naturally restricts light penetration and helps to protect the contents from UV radiation, which is particularly advantageous for more sensitive actives and formulations with an oil component. The packaging is also food-grade certified and therefore suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

A cream dispenser is particularly practical for cream and emulsion products (e.g. lotions, body lotions or fluids) where hygienic and controlled dispensing is desired. For very thick or specific formulas, we recommend a function test before filling a larger batch.
After filling and capping, it is common for the first squeezes of the dispenser to be used to pull the product into the mechanism. We recommend squeezing smoothly and in a regular rhythm until the product begins to dispense consistently.
Yes, for some combinations it may be necessary to shorten the tubing to suit the height of the bottle. We recommend cutting straight and carefully to maintain a smooth dispensing action and to ensure that the tubing fits properly to the bottom of the container.
Yes, the container can be reused if hygiene guidelines are followed. Before filling, the container should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) and then allowed to dry completely - for example, IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable) are suitable.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, clean it and take it to the glass collection. Separate the dispenser and the plastic parts and sort them in the plastic collection in accordance with the sorting rules in your municipality.
