The glass bottle with screw pipette is a practical packaging for precise dosing of liquid cosmetic and development formulations. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and dropper closure, it is suitable for filling products where controlled drop‑by‑drop dosing and reliable protection against external influences are important. The dark glass helps protect more sensitive components from the effects of light, which contributes to the stability of the contents during storage.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical pipette that ensures comfortable and controlled dosing of the product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for cleaning packaging. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated off is the packaging ready for a new filling.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the packaging with clean water and let it drain. After mechanical cleaning it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface and the pipette – for example by rinsing or spraying with alcohol such as IPA or ethanol. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly in a clean, dust‑free place and only then refill the packaging.
The glass dropper bottle is ideal for concentrated and high‑value formulations where accurate drop‑by‑drop dosing is important. It is used mainly for facial and body oils, oil serums, active concentrates, aromatherapeutic blends, cosmetic perfumes, and also for trial laboratory formulations. Thanks to the pipette you have the amount of product applied under control and you minimise waste.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing as much product residue as possible. Throw the glass part of the bottle into the container intended for glass collection according to local recycling rules. The pipette and other non‑metal parts of the closure should be sorted according to the material used, or placed in mixed waste if local rules do not allow more detailed sorting. By recycling the glass packaging, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
