Product description
Glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid formulations where controlled drop-by-drop application is required. In combination with the dropper, it offers hygienic, practical and reliable packaging for a wide range of cosmetic and hobby formulations. Thanks to the durable glass, the bottle is a stable container for liquid products that require high-quality protection and a representative appearance.
Usage options
- cosmetic serums for the face and eye area
- facial and body oils, dry oils and oil blends
- active concentrates and booster drops
- essential oils and aromatherapeutic blends
- homemade hair and scalp toners
- laboratory and test samples of formulations in smaller batches
Packaging benefits
- Material stability – the glass bottle is chemically resistant, does not react with common cosmetic ingredients and maintains the stability of active substances during storage.
- Content protection – high-quality glass in combination with the dropper helps minimize the product’s contact with air and touch, thus supporting hygiene and the shelf life of the formulation.
- Accurate dosing – the dropper allows comfortable, drop-by-drop dosing, suitable for concentrated products and formulations with a higher content of active substances.
- Universal use – suitable dropper bottle for a wide range of cosmetic preparations, test samples and smaller product batches.
- Representative appearance – the elegant bottle supports professional presentation of the finished product as well as gift sets.
Combining with closures and dispensers
This bottle is a standalone packaging that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
Technical parameters
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
FAQ – Most frequently asked questions
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before every new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose, which you can find in the Handymade range. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
First rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous formulation. We then recommend carrying out disinfection with alcohol – for example by using technical isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol from the Handymade range. After rinsing with the disinfecting medium, let the glass and the dropper components air-dry in a clean environment. Only after they are completely dry is the packaging ready for reuse.
When selecting the closure or dropper, it is important to follow the technical parameters listed with the product, in particular the type and size of the neck. Within the packaging category on Handymade, compatible closures, droppers and dispensing components that have already been tested are available. Nevertheless, we recommend that every chosen combination is always practically tested with your specific formulation – check the sealing, the smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the material during long-term contact with the product.
If you decide not to use the bottle and the dropper further, we recommend recycling them according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, after emptying and basic cleaning, be sorted into the appropriate glass container. Other components, such as the plastic or rubber parts of the dropper, should, if possible, be separated according to the type of material, or disposed of in accordance with local rules for sorted waste. Before discarding, make sure that there are no significant product residues left in the packaging, so that the recycling process is not unnecessarily burdened.
To help you navigate, you can use the extended filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the extended filter you can clearly select parameters such as the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour or the material. By combining these criteria, you will quickly narrow down the bottles, dropper vials, jars or pumps that best match the needs of your specific product and the packaging design.
