Product description

The solid dye is intended exclusively for candles and scented waxes. It is a medium composed of stearic acid, soy wax, coconut wax and a blend of pigments. It can be used in all vegetable waxes that we offer.

The dyes are intermixable - they allow you to create your own shades.

Solid dyes do not migrate in waxes – i.e. the colours will not mix with each other in your candles.

Recommended dosage: 5 – 10 % for colouring, 10 – 15 % for dipping candles. 

The amount of dye used depends on the desired colour intensity. Rather start with a smaller amount and add slowly.
If you add an excessive amount of dye to the candle, the wick may become clogged. Make sure that you have thoroughly dispersed the dye to prevent colour spots in the candles. When colouring candles with dyes, it is suitable to use a stronger wick. 

Use appropriate protective equipment during handling.
