Is it possible to reuse this plastic bottle for different products?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the closure and then disinfect them with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then refill it.

How to safely clean and disinfect the bottle before further use?

First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with water and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with your formulation. Then we recommend performing disinfection of the inner surface and the closure using an alcohol-based disinfectant – for example a solution made from the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, let all parts completely evaporate and dry at room temperature. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the next batch of product.

How to correctly dispose of and recycle the plastic packaging if I no longer want to reuse it?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, handing it over to separated waste collection according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Information about the material and the corresponding recycling symbol can be found in the parameter table directly for the given product on the site. Before disposal, remove as much of the remaining contents as possible from the bottle and the closure. By proper sorting, you enable further processing of the material and reduce the amount of waste in mixed municipal collection.

What should I pay attention to when filling and storing the plastic bottle with disc top closure?

Do not overfill the bottle up to the rim when filling, so that the disc top closure has enough space for safe closing and so that pressing does not cause the contents to be pushed out beyond the dispensing opening. Before transport, always check whether the closure is firmly closed. Store the packaging at normal room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This will prevent undesirable changes in the properties of your product and at the same time minimize the risk of plastic deformation during long-term exposure to higher temperatures.
