Have you been thinking about how to make an anti-aging serum for the face that will also be 100% natural? No rocket science :-) We have selected four basic carrier oils and 3 essential oils for you, with which you can prepare several variations right away. Rosehip oilYou can read about the amazing effects of rosehip oil in our article.
Macadamia oil An excellent choice for a blend against skin aging and wrinkles, mainly due to its high content of palmitoleic acid and oleic acid, which slow down the aging process and support the regeneration of skin cells; in addition, it is light and very well absorbed.
Jojoba oilIt is actually a liquid wax with a unique ratio of highly unsaturated fatty acids. Unlike other oils, jojoba oil is, in its chemical composition, very similar to human sebum, it spreads well and is absorbed into the skin and regulates its moisture. It is also very well absorbed.
Olive squalaneIt is an excellent natural substitute for silicones, which are often used in commercial serums. At the same time, it is very similar to the squalane that our body naturally produces to hydrate and protect the skin. Olive squalane is much lighter than carrier oils. Lavender essential oilGeranium essential oilFrankincense essential oil They are known for their regenerating, protective, soothing and anti-inflammatory properties (however, they are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy, geranium even during the entire pregnancy).
