Cellulite is the scourge of many women and although it is a natural part of the body, we often try to reduce its visible signs. It is especially in summer that we pay more attention to cellulite, because we more often wear short dresses, shorts or swimwear and naturally wish our skin to be smooth and firm. One of the effective and at the same time pleasant ways to support a smoother and firmer-looking skin is the use of massage oils with a natural composition. Today we will introduce a recipe for a homemade anti-cellulite oil that combines the power of vegetable oils, green coffee extract and a pinch of cinnamon for an extra warming effect.
Ingredients for the production of 100 ml of natural anti-cellulite oil:
Disinfect all tools and containers you will use with high-percentage alcohol – for example with ethanol.
We mix the measured amounts of the individual raw materials and shake well so that the oils and the coffee extract, which has a thicker consistency, combine completely. With proper storage, the oil will last for several months.
Apply the oil to problematic areas (thighs, buttocks, hips or abdomen) preferably after a shower, when the skin is still slightly damp. Gently massage in circular movements for at least 5–10 minutes. For an even better effect you can use a massage brush or a gua-sha stone.
a light oil that is absorbed quickly and leaves the skin soft and nourished. It is an excellent carrier for other active substances.
a thicker oil that supports the blood circulation of the skin. It is often used in massages precisely because of its ability to “stimulate” circulation. Since it is thicker, it is suitable to combine it with lighter oils, such as apricot and jojoba oil.
in its composition it resembles natural skin sebum. It helps balance the hydration of the skin and gives it elasticity.
rich in linoleic acid and antioxidants. It helps to firm the skin and, thanks to its caffeine content, supports microcirculation.
a concentrated dose of bioactive substances from coffee beans. It has a stimulating effect, improves the tone of the skin and supports its blood circulation.
gives the oil a warming effect that stimulates blood circulation and supports the absorption of active substances. In addition, it has a wonderful, spicy fragrance.
A regular massage with homemade anti-cellulite oil can be not only a pleasant body care ritual, but also an effective step towards smoother and firmer skin. The massage activates the lymphatic system, supports detoxification of the tissues and helps the body to get rid of excess water, which is crucial in the case of cellulite. In addition, stimulation of the skin increases its ability to receive nutrients, which means that the active substances from the oils work even more effectively. The combination of light and nourishing oils and caffeine naturally supports blood circulation, elasticity and a healthy appearance of the skin. A non-negligible bonus is also the aromatherapeutic effect – the cinnamon fragrance stimulates the senses, improves mood and induces a feeling of energy, while gentle massage strokes release tension and stress.
