CO₂-to extract BIO is a pure, aromatic natural extract of roasted Coffea arabica beans, obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. This process preserves the full spectrum of aromatic and bioactive compounds without the use of chemical solvents. It is a CO₂-to (total extract) - a complete extract that contains all the volatile and lipid components of roasted coffee. It has a dark brown colour, an oily consistency and the characteristic, intense aroma of freshly roasted coffee.
