Jasmine hydrolate is produced by steam distillation of fresh jasmine flowers (Jasminum Officinale). Jasmine has been used since ancient times in Chinese medicine for problems and diseases related to women. It can be added to the bath to relieve menstrual pain and PMS. When applied to the face, it helps release stress and tension. It also acts as an aphrodisiac.

Floral water or flower water is an aromatic water that is formed as a by-product during the production of essential oils. It is a very high-quality, pure natural product. As they are created during the distillation of essential oils, it contains all valuable plant essences, but in a much milder form. It usually contains less than 1 % essential oil, therefore it is possible to use them directly on the skin. They are also suitable for pregnant women and newborns (depending on the specific herb). Floral waters support the natural pH of the skin, they soothe and refresh the skin, and have healing effects on inflamed and damaged skin.

They can be used on their own or in combination with other ingredients as a facial and body tonic, in the production of creams, body milks and clay masks. Reach for it with confidence when you need a make-up remover, cleansing water, mouthwash or a soothing compress for tired eyes, a base for aromatic body sprays and perfumes, an additive to shampoos, shower gels, fizzy bath bombs, to fragrance rooms. Certain scents have an antiseptic effect.
