Linden blossom hydrolat is prepared by steam distillation of this plant, and thus, in addition to water, it also contains volatile substances that were released together with the steam during the production of this floral water. You will appreciate linden floral water thanks to its pleasantly delicate sweet scent and its ability to soothe irritated skin and reduce redness. It has anti-inflammatory effects, and you will also use linden floral water for care of sunburned skin as well as for tight and dry skin.

Floral water, linden hydrolat, helps to brighten and soften the skin, it is suitable for all skin types, including application to the hair. You can use the floral water in all water-based formulations, or as a replacement for part of the demineralized water.

Floral or flower water is an aromatic water that is formed as a by-product in the production of essential oils. It is a very high-quality, pure natural product. Since they are formed during the distillation of essential oils, it contains all the valuable plant essences, but in a much milder form. It usually contains less than 1 % essential oil, therefore it is possible to use them directly on the skin. They are also suitable for pregnant women and newborns (it depends on the specific herb). Floral waters support the natural pH of the skin, they soothe and refresh the skin, they have healing effects on inflamed and damaged skin.

It is possible to use them alone or in combination with other ingredients as facial and body tonic, in the production of creams, body milks and clay masks. Reach for it with pleasure when you need a make-up remover, cleansing water, mouthwash or a soothing compress for tired eyes, a base for aromatic body sprays and perfumes, an additive to shampoos, shower gels, fizzy bath bombs for perfuming rooms. Certain scents have an antiseptic effect.
