Thanks to the durable glass, it is ideal for formulations where stability, purity and long-term protection of the contents are important. The transparent character of the packaging allows for easy visual inspection of the product, which will be appreciated especially by manufacturers of cosmetics, medicinal blends and special solutions.
This practical glass vial is suitable for small batches, test samples as well as final products intended for sale. The glass packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which you can find in our range under the links /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for reuse.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the glass vial (rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or distilled water) and then disinfecting it with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, it is necessary to let the bottle dry completely so that the remnants of alcohol evaporate. This procedure supports hygienic safety when filling cosmetic and other sensitive formulations.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for transport and storage of smaller doses of products, for example samples, concentrated blends or intensive serums. During transport, we recommend using suitable filling materials and protecting the packaging against impacts. It is crucial to choose a compatible closure or dispenser that ensures reliable and even sealing during handling as well as longer-term storage.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in the appropriate separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Glass bottles are usually placed in containers intended for glass. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove product residues and separate the closure or dispenser, which may be made of a different material. Adhering to local waste sorting rules supports effective recycling and protects the environment.
The choice of closure depends on the consistency of the product and the desired method of application. For oil-based and drop formulations, droppers or precise applicators are suitable; for toners or watery solutions you can choose a spray pump, and for simple storage without dosing a screw cap is sufficient. When selecting, we recommend keeping to the same neck type and the dimensions stated in the product parameters so that full compatibility and reliable sealing are ensured.
