Wedo is a leading global manufacturer of candle wicks and the LX wick series is designed to improve the burning of vegetable and paraffin waxes for both pillar and containercandles.

The LX wick is a uniquely braided flat, coreless wick manufactured with a very strong structure. The LX wick eliminates carbon build-up at the top of the wick (so-called mushrooming), prevents overheating of glass containers and at the same time reduces the amount of smoke and soot during burning.

These wicks are cut to a length of 120 mm, are pre-waxed and also include a 15 mm metal sustainer. The wick is thus ready to be placed directly into the candle container. These flat braided wicks are coreless.

For the correct selection of the wick it is important to know the diameter of the candle container. In the case of a small size, your candle will not burn all the way to the edge and will create a so-called tunnel. In the case of using too strong a wick, there will be excessive melting of the wax and the entire candle will be melted instead of the wax melting gradually and evenly.
