ZENISOAPBASE soap mass is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets.

It has a vegetable base and the resulting soap has excellent lathering power and, thanks to the high glycerine content, also moisturizes the skin perfectly. It is a transparent substance suitable for more demanding projects. There is no loss of volume in the soap castings during prolonged standing (especially important when creating bouquets). The soap mass is free of animal fats and oils - 100% vegan.

ZENISOAPBASE Maxi Aloe Vera White Soap Mass is a high quality, SLS-free soap mass with an intense white colour and added Aloe Vera juice. Ideal for making fine soaps with a rich lather and smooth appearance.

When colouring with ZENICOLOR dyes, we recommend mixing 70% of CLEAR transparent mass and 30% of WHITE white mass to avoid excessive dye consumption.
Melting point: 65°C
Do not exceed 75°C when heating!

Working with soap mass is not at all difficult. Just cut the required amount of soap mass into smaller parts, this will speed up the melting phase of the mass. Heat the mass slowly in a water bath or in the microwave. Be careful not to boil the mass, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colouring and dried herbs to the melted mass to spice it up.

Stir slowly so you don't get unnecessary air bubbles that create holes when it sets. Pour the soap mixture into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a couple of squirts of bubble remover with a spray bottle - this is 99% Isopropanol. The final step is to let it set. After dumping, you can use the soap right away, but we recommend letting the mass sit for about 2 weeks for better properties.
