Product description

Mint CO₂-se extract is a pure selective extract from the leaves of Mentha piperita (peppermint), obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction without the use of chemical solvents. This process preserves the fresh aroma and bioactive compounds of mint leaves in their natural form. It is a CO₂-se (selective extract) – a selective extract that contains mainly volatile aromatic constituents such as menthol, menthone, menthyl acetate and menthofuran, which makes it similar to an essential oil, but more stable and purer. It has a yellow to light brown colour, is clear and has an intense, cooling menthol scent with a subtle herbal undertone.
