Wound healing

Petitgrain has excellent antiseptic effects, so you can apply it locally to wounds under dressings. It prevents the formation of microbes and thus speeds up wound healing and ensures a smooth course of regeneration without infections or inflammation of the wound caused precisely by microbes.

Relief from stress and better sleep

Do you have a demanding day ahead of you? An exam at school, a job interview or a difficult journey? Petitgrain acts as a nerve tonic, calming the mind as well as a racing heart. Apply it to your bed linen or into aromatherapeutic inhalers or diffusers and thus make falling asleep and the quality of sleep more pleasant.

Deodorant

Add a few drops of essential oil to your favourite deodorant recipe and you will definitely feel the difference ;-) it is so antiseptic that it prevents the formation of microorganisms that cause odour. You can also use it in bath oils and salts, as well as in homemade cleaning products.

Focus and mental alertness

Petitgrain is specific in that although it works excellently against anxiety, it does not act intoxicatingly like a sedative, it does not make you sleepy, but on the contrary, it calms you down to such an extent that it improves concentration, while some experience also confirms an improvement in memory.

Healthy appearance of the scalp and hair

There is no need to invent complicated procedures here either – it is enough if you add 1–2 drops of the oil to your shampoo or conditioner, and the result will be smoother, shinier and softer hair.

Just as this essential oil acts against greasiness of the hair and skin, it will ensure the same effect on your complexion. Just add a few drops to your toner.

Help in overcoming addictions
