The plastic pill box, brown is a reliable container for hygienic and transparent packaging of tablets, capsules and bulk mixtures. Thanks to its dark design, it naturally helps to limit light exposure to more sensitive contents, and the tight closure reduces the risk of contamination during routine handling. The jar is made from PET and is suitable for use with cosmetic products and for direct contact with food.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The advanced filter at the top of the page by clicking on a category will help the quickest. You can filter by: neck, size, colour and material - this makes it easy to find the compatible packaging for your product and use.
Yes, the jar is suitable for direct contact with food, so it is also used for tablets, capsules and selected nutritional supplements. Always observe hygiene when filling and adapt storage to the requirements of the specific product.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the container should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%, and then allowed to dry completely.
No. It is not advisable to expose the PET material to high temperatures - deformation of the packaging may occur. Therefore, we do not recommend washing the container in a dishwasher or boiling it; a thorough washing and subsequent disinfection is preferable.
Store in a dry and clean environment, protect from direct sunlight and heat sources and do not expose to aggressive chemicals. Stable storage conditions help maintain both the functionality of the packaging and the quality of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, empty it and remove any product residue. As it is PET, sort it into the sorted plastics collection according to local rules (in some municipalities it is recommended to separate the cap). Recycling will encourage reuse of the material and reduce waste.
The plastic lid for plastic jars, white is a practical closure for reliable closing of jars with matching neck. Thanks to the combination of PP material and EPE sealing liner, it helps to protect the contents from dust, moisture and unwanted contact with the environment during storage and transport. The closure is suitable for both cosmetic and food applications if properly selected for the specific container and formulation.
The EPE liner improves the seal between the closure and the neck of the jar. It helps to reduce the penetration of moisture and odors while promoting a more stable closure during storage and transfer.
Yes, the closure is suitable for direct contact with all types of food according to the manufacturer's declaration. In practice, we recommend that care is always taken to ensure clean filling, correct closure and appropriate storage according to the nature of the product.
Yes, the container can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, the container should be cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96%, and allowed to dry completely.
The neck marking and thread compatibility are crucial. We recommend checking the parameters of both the jar and the closure, and performing a seal and function test with your product when a new combination is made.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Before throwing it away, empty it and remove any product residue. The closure is plastic (PP) and the seal is EPE - if local regulations allow, sorting will make it easier to separate the liner and closure. Then sort them into the sorted plastics collection according to local guidelines.
