500 ml plastic dishwashing liquid bottle with push-pull cap is a practical packaging designed for convenient dispensing of various liquid preparations for household as well as professional production use. Thanks to the push-pull closure, it allows easy and clean use without unnecessary waste, therefore it is suitable for filling both viscous and less dense liquids. The ergonomic shape of the bottle fits well in the hand and makes handling easier during everyday use.
This bottle is supplied with a practical push-pull cap designed for easy dispensing of preparations intended for cleaning and for everyday household or craft hygiene. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly for Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided you follow basic hygiene principles and use the bottle with contents that are compatible with the plastic material used. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with denatured plant ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the stability of the prepared solutions.
For routine cleaning we recommend using warm water with a mild cleaning agent and a soft brush or sponge to avoid mechanical damage to the surface. The packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures – with water that is too hot or when exposed to direct heat, deformation of the packaging may occur. Therefore do not wash the bottle in a dishwasher and do not boil it. After cleaning, it is advisable to let the packaging dry freely and only then refill it.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend first emptying it completely and rinsing out any residues of the original contents. Then follow the material designation given in the product parameter table on the page – according to the relevant plastic symbol, sort the packaging into the correct container for sorted waste. In this way you ensure that the material can be further processed and reused, which is more environmentally friendly than mixed municipal waste.
The push-pull cap is most effective with cleaning and auxiliary preparations that need to be dispensed in small quantities – typically dishwashing detergents, concentrated cleaners, working solutions for a workshop or craft production. It allows convenient one-handed opening and closing, which is practical for example when working with wet hands or during cleaning. For more viscous preparations, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking whether the viscosity of the mixture allows smooth dispensing.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the respective category of packaging materials. In the advanced filter you can easily combine several parameters at once – for example choose a suitable neck, the required size, the preferred colour of the packaging and the type of material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to the packaging that is most suitable for your formulation and the way the product is used.
Before the first filling we recommend visually inspecting the bottle, rinsing it with clean water and then disinfecting it with a suitable disinfectant, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with ethanol. After complete drying, you can carry out a trial filling with a smaller amount of product and check the tightness of the push-pull cap and the way it dispenses. In this way you can test in advance the compatibility of the packaging with your specific formulation and ensure trouble-free use.
