Plastic bottle, vial, brown is a practical PET packaging, designed for hygienic filling, safe storage and convenient dispensing of liquid preparations. The material complies with food-grade quality, which makes it suitable for products intended for internal use. The brown finish naturally helps to reduce the effect of light on more sensitive ingredients and contributes to better stability of extracts, active ingredients or flavouring blends.
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes. The material meets the food grade, therefore the packaging is also suitable for tinctures, extracts and liquid nutritional supplements. When filling, we recommend that you observe hygiene principles and work with clean utensils.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable). After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely.
No. It is not advisable to expose the PET material to high temperatures and there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. We recommend normal washing followed by disinfection with a suitable disinfectant.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Empty the bottle, rinse as needed to remove product residue, squeeze to save space and sort into the plastic (PET) collection according to the rules in your municipality. Sort the cap according to local guidelines.
When selecting, observe the thread/throat match according to the product parameters and select the dispensing type according to the viscosity of your filling. Combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional, but we still recommend doing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

The plastic bottle cap, white is a practical closure element designed for safe and hygienic closure of containers with compatible neck. Designed with an integral locking ring, it serves as a first-open check - once unscrewed, the ring remains on the bottle, increasing the credibility of the package. The top is suitable for packaging both liquid and bulk products and, depending on the quality indicated on the product, can be used in both cosmetic and food applications.

An integral cap has a locking ring designed to stay on the bottle after the first time you open it. It serves as a visual check on the first opening and increases the safety of the package.
Yes, the cap can also be used with food grade products if the food grade is listed with the product. For a specific application, we always recommend testing the entire bottle + cap combination in real conditions.
Yes, the cap can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the cap must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the lid to dry thoroughly.
If you decide not to reuse the lid, we recommend recycling it. As it is plastic packaging, the lid belongs in the sorted plastic collection in accordance with local rules and the instructions of your collection company.
