Plastic bottle, vial, brown is a practical PET container designed for safe filling, storage and dispensing of liquid preparations. The material meets food quality and is therefore also suitable for food contact. The brown design helps to limit light penetration, thereby promoting better stability of light-sensitive raw materials, extracts and active ingredients. Due to its light weight and strength, the packaging is suitable for both professional and domestic use.
The bottle is compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters.The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes. The packaging material meets the requirements for food contact according to current EU legislation and is therefore also suitable for filling liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and herbal extracts. We recommend following hygienic filling procedures.
Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the container should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely.
It is not advisable to expose the PET material to high temperatures, as this may cause deformation of the packaging. We do not recommend washing the bottle in a dishwasher or boiling it and it is not suitable for filling with hot liquids.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, empty it and sort it into the plastic (PET) collection according to the rules in your municipality. By sorting properly, you encourage the recycling of the material and its further use.

Yes. The material meets food quality standards, therefore the closure is also suitable for packaging liquid food supplements, tinctures or extracts intended for internal use.
The thread/throat match according to the product parameters is decisive. If you are combining the cap with other packaging, we recommend that you do a fit and seal test before filling the final product.
Yes, the closure can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. It should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) before reuse, for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable). Then allow the cap to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the cap, we recommend recycling it. Remove any product residue, rinse as necessary and sort it into the plastic collection (HDPE) according to the rules in your municipality.
