The plastic bottle made from recycled material with a disc top closure represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products. Thanks to reliable dispensing and a shape-stable bottle body, it is ideal for everyday use in cosmetic and craft formulations. The disc top cap with a gold surface and white center gives the packaging a professional look and allows comfortable, controlled dispensing without unnecessary waste of the contents.
The recycled plastic material used for this bottle helps to reduce the amount of waste and makes it possible to create more sustainable product lines. The packaging is designed to be lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress, and suitable for hygienic storage of various types of liquids according to the selected composition and the character of the product.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle with disc top closure, ready for direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using suitable disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfecting the packaging, we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after thorough drying and airing can you refill the packaging.
Before repeated use, first rinse the packaging with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous product. Then rinse the bottle and the disc top closure with clean water and let them drain. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting with alcohol – rinse or spray the inside of the packaging and the contact parts of the closure using alcohol-based products, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation stated in the product parameter table. After using up the contents, rinse the bottle, separate the disc top closure from the bottle body and sort the individual components according to the relevant recycling symbol (e.g., plastic packaging into the yellow container, if this is specified by local waste sorting rules). By following the recommended sorting, you support the reprocessing of the material and its reuse in the packaging industry.
Plastic packaging, including bottles made from recycled material, is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Long-term exposure to heat, hot water or steam may lead to deformation of the packaging or closure walls and deterioration of the sealing function. For this reason, it is not recommended to wash the bottle in a dishwasher or to boil it. For cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent instead, and for disinfection choose alcohol-based products that do not require high temperatures.

The disc top closure is ideal for liquids that are applied in smaller, controlled amounts and do not need to be sprayed. It is excellent for shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, body lotions, massage and body oils, cleansing emulsions or concentrated solutions. Thanks to simple one-finger opening and closing, it is also practical for products used in the shower or at work, where fast and comfortable handling without unscrewing the cap is important.
